Roca is a much anticipated daughter of SGCH IronwoodRanch SJ Pecan 2*M. I've long admired Pecan, and finally was able to add this young doe to my herd in 2012. In addition to having a mother with Top Ten production, her sire's dam, ARMCH Rosasharn TL Bewitched 6*D obtained breed leader status in 2008 with AGS (7th for butterfat and tied 10th for protein) and also ADGA in 2011 (5th for milk, 7th for butterfat, and 3rd for protein).
Roca freshened with a nice udder at just 13 months of age. She's producing well for a young, first freshener with a steady lactation despite being milked only once a day for the latter part of her lactation. We'll be looking forward to watching this young doe mature.
