I purchased Ginger from two very special people, Julie Husek and Bob Brinkman at Helderberg Hollow. Julie and Bob own the litter-mate brother to our own Rosasharn BB Cento +*B, CH Rosasharn BB Tom Bombadil *B. I've had the good fortune to meet Julie, Bob, Bombadil, and other fabulous members of their herd, and to bring this pretty little doeling out of Chenango-Hills Faerie Princess home with me. Unfortunately, Princess had a very untimely death, so Ginger is all the more special to us and them.
Ginger has a golden pedigree - befitting for this pretty golden doe! Her dam, Chenango-Hills Faerie Princess is out of GCH Chenango-Hills IP Goddess 2*M/10*D, a 2008/2009/2010 Top Ten producing doe for milk, butterfat and protein of both AGDA and AGS. Ginger's sire, Doe-Sy-Doe FS Fire Blaze, is the sire of the AGS 2007 National Champion buck, Doe-Sy-Doe FS Victory Flame. Fire is out of Doe-Sy-Doe's Tiger L'ily 7*D, a lovely ARMCH Rosasharn's Tiger L ++B/+*S daughter.
Ginger herself is a beautiful young doe with the softest, sweetest eyes and the prettiest head in my herd! She is a pretty and petite doe, who unfotunately was found irresistable to a young buckling, Lost Valley CC Red Baron *S, who decided to jump into her pen and enjoy her company. Ginger safely delivered a single doeling at the age of only one year old at her first freshening. We're looking forward to future freshenings and watching her blossom into the wonderful, beautiful, and productive doe befitting of her ancestry.
Ginger has been bred to Rosasharn SP Cleisthenes *B for spring 2014 kids.
